DREAMCASTERS EARLY FIRST SPRING GATHERING 2008
We our planning an early gathering of our materials for Spring 2008 in April, so please be sure, to have your order and payment in on or before the Vernal Equinox, which is 20 March 2008 05:48 GMT. If you have already placed a Spring order with us for 2008, then please be sure to submit your payment on or before 20 March 2008, or your materials will be removed from our Spring Gathering List, and your order will be cancelled. Please note, that if you need to cancel your order, then you can always order later [Important: Read Second Spring Gathering below.]
DREAMCASTERS SECOND SPRING GATHERING
We prefer to do our gather in the early Spring of each year, but occasionally have a Second Spring Gathering. If we decide to have a Second Spring Gathering, then all orders and payments must be submitted on or before the Celebration of Beltaine [01 May 2008]. Although we accept custom orders all throughout the year, we rarely gather materials in the Summer, and never in Autumn or Winter. Thus, all Custom orders placed after the Summer Solstice [20 June 2008], are always added to the following Spring Gathering. Unless, of course, we happen to have the materials for your custom order in stock.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: We feel that it is important to mention, that we may or may not have a Second Gathering in May/ June. As the Second Gathering depends upon the number of late Spring orders we received, so you may wish to get your order in early for our first gathering. If we feel we do not have enough late orders to warrant a Second Gathering, then we will wait until the following Spring. There are a number of reasons why we prefer to gather our materials in the early Spring. However, the most important reasons are that the new growth in Spring is filled with the most energy, and also is easier to work with.
POPLAR CUSTOM ALTAR TOOLS
We plan to gather a some Poplar this Spring. How much depends upon availability of recourses. We do our best to look for fallen branches, but these are often scarce in Spring. Thus, we must sometimes take from the living tree. This is a very delicate procedure, and we will only take so much from each living tree, as to not do it harm. Some of the materials we gather are used to craft our Handcrafted ready to buy Altar Tools; however, we normally reserve some of each type of wood that we gather for filling custom orders. Please check back here, after the Spring Gathering, to find out if we have any extra Poplar for custom made orders.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: All materials reserved for customer orders can only be kept for so long. Thus, any materials not used for custom orders before the Summer Solstice Celebration, are usually crafted before the Lammas Lughnasadh, and added to our sales inventory. So, if you plan to have us craft a custom made Wand for you in 2008, then please do so before the Summer Solstice for the Northern Hemisphere [ 20 June 2008 23:59 GMT], or we may not be able to fill your order until the following Spring 2009.
ORDERING CUSTOM MADE ALTAR TOOLS
Please note, that all custom orders are filled on a first come, first serve, basis. Customer may place a custom order with us, by filling in the appropriate Custom Order Form. Once your custom order has been received, we will then send you an invoice, asking for an immediate Paypal/ PPPay payment. When your payment has been confirmed, we will begin processing your order. At this point, we will give you a finished by date, depending upon how many orders are before yours. We will also keep you informed of the progress of your order, if you request it. When your order is completed, you will be notified of your shipping date. Your order will then be posted for delivery, on the date given, via 1st Class Recorded Delivery or Airsure, depending upon where you live.
IMPORTANT: All orders must be paid within 24 hours of invoicing. If immediate payment is not submitted, and your order will be cancelled. If you cancel a custom order, then you are welcome to submit future orders with dreamcasters. However, to prevent order fraud, if you order, do not pay, and do not let us know you wished to cancel within 24 hours of invoicing, there is a penalty. Although, you will still be able to make instant payments for our ready made handcrafted items, you will be banned from submitting future custom orders at Dreamcasters.
