Payment, Postage, & Delivery Policies
Submitting Your Order & Making Payments
It is important to submit your address with your order/ purchase, to enable us to send your your purchases,and to invoice non-UK customers for shipping charges. A text box is provided at time of payment. If you do not feel comfortable with adding your address to the Paypal payment form, then please email us directly at customers AT dreamcasters.co.uk, with your order/ shipping details.

Please note, that if you do not send us your shipping address, then we cannot send you your order! As much as we love our customers, we simply do not have the time to email each customer for shipping details. So, please be sure to submit it to us promtly. Thank you.

Acceptable UK Payment Methods
All payments are made via Paypal. Payment by any other method is not acceptable, unless you have made arrangements with us 'prior' to making your purchases.

Postage & Handling Charges Within the UK
Please note that due to the economical crisis in the UK, we will no longer be able to offer free delivery. Postage & Packaging charges are now included in all Dreamcasters items. Therefore, the price you see, is the only price you will pay for all UK residents only.

Worldwide Delivery Charges
Please note that all customers outside the UK will be send a separate payment invoice for shipping their order to their country. What does this mean. It simply means that shipping charges vary from country to country. As soon as we receive your payment for your order, we will weigh your order, and then send you a payment invoice to pay the shipping charges to your country.

You may have noticed that all shipping charges for UK residents have been included in our prices. Please note that you will only be paying the difference. For example: If your order cost £10.00 to ship to your country, and £3.00 to ship the same size order in the UK, then you will only pay £7.00, because the £3.00 would have already been added to the price. If you have any questions concerning our shipping costs, or would like a shipping quote to your country, then please email us at customers AT dreamcasters.co.uk. Thank you.

Dreamcasters Hours & Delivery Days
Our regular working hours are 9am - 5pm BST Monday - Friday, and our regular posting days are Tuesdays and Fridays. All orders received after 3pm will be processed the next day. We do not work or post items on the weekends. So if you make your purchase on the weekend, then your order will be processed the following Monday, and shipped the next day, on the following Tuesday [provided we have received your shipping address with your payment].

Shipping Method Within the UK
All Dreamcasters Wands, Cases, Goblet, and other more expensive handcrafted items, are all posted via 1st class recorded [signed for] delivery, or parcelforce, depending on size and weight, and usually take 2 postal days to get to you [UK ONLY]. We also purchase shipping insurance on these items, so notify us immediately upon receipt of your order if the postal services have lost or damaged your order in any way.

Less expensive Dreamcasters items will be sent via 1st/ 2nd class standard to save our customers money. Depending upon the size of your order. It may take a bit longer to get to you, but it will save you some money. These items are not insured. Therefore, if loss or damage occurs during posting, we cannot compensate you.

Shipping Methods Outside the UK
All Dreamcasters items shipped outside the UK, are shipped via Airsure. Although this method does not usually require a signiture, it does guarantee delivery, and provides us with proof of delivery. It also insures the item in case it is lost, stolen, or damaged while traveling through the post. The insurance coverage will always equal the amount of the customer's purchase, including shipping costs when delivery is outside the UK.

Ordering Custom-Crafted Items
All customers will be given an estimated finish date on all custom items, which will depend on the length of time to handcraft the item, and how many orders are before yours. Orders are on a first come, first serve, bases. There are no exceptions. So if you have a specific deadline when you will need your order by, then please allow at least 2-3 months prior to your deadline. We try to keep our customers informed of progress on custom made items. However, sometimes we get very busy, so if we do not get back to right always, then we hope you will forgive us. When your custom item has been finished, you will be give a potential shipping date. You will also be notified when your order has actually been shipped, so you know approximately when to expect your order.

Important Message to Our customs
Please note, that all the Handcrafted Magick Wands, Staffs, Besoms, etc. for sale at our Dreamcasters eShop, are very real & very powerful magick altar tools, and should be taken seriously, and treated with the proper reverence. Dreamcasters Handcrafted Altar Tools are not toys, and should only be given to a child that has been properly schooled in the craft. Having said that, we have had specific requests to make children's toy wands. So, if it is your intention to purchase a custom-made non-magickal toy wand/ staff/ besom for your child, then please be sure to let us know prior to submitting your custom order, and we will be happy to make them for your specific needs.
