Payment, Postage, & Delivery Policies
POSTAGE & HANDLING CHARGES WITHIN THE UK
Although Dreamcasters delivery is free to any address within the UK, please note that there is a small handling charge on each order. This handling charge has already been figured into each item, so the price you see is the only price you will pay..

WORLDWIDE DELIVERY CHARGES
Worldwide delivery costs vary greatly. It would be easier for worldwide customers to email us for a quote, than to provide a long list including all countries. Although we cannot offer free delivery outside the UK, we do offer discounted delivery/ shipping rates. Please contact us for a delivery quote before making your purchase. PLEASE DO NOT USE OUR ORDER FORMS TO OBTAIN DELIVERY QUOTES!

ACCEPTABLE UK PAYMENT METHODS
All UK payment are made via Paypal. When ordering, payment is due within 24 hours of being invoiced. So, be sure to check your email daily after submitting your order. Not collecting your email for days/ weeks is not an acceptable excuse for not making the immediate required payment. To prevent order fraud, we have certain policies concerning people that order and do not pay for their orders. Therefore, if payment for your order is not received within 24 hours of being invoiced, then your order will be cancelled.

Please note, that if you have received a cancellation notice from us, and you have a very good reason for not having made the immediate required payment, then please let us hear from you to prevent being added to our fraudulent order list. Otherwise, in future, and although you will still be able to purchase items with instant payment buttons using our new Paypal shopping cart, you will be forbidden from submitting future custom orders to Dreamcasters. So, it is important that we hear from you.

ALTERNATIVE PAYMENT METHODS
We apologise for any inconvenience, but we had no choice but to stop accepting Personal Cheque, Banker's Draft, or Postal Order payments at Dreamcasters. The only acceptable payment method now accepted at Dreamcasters, is instant payments via Paypal.

At one point, we had decided to try offering these payment methods again, but ended up with the same problems as we had with them previously. Unfortunately, it has been our experience that customers paying by alternative methods, believe it is acceptable to delay their payments not only for weeks, but also sometimes for months. Then we would additionally have to wait until their payment cleared our bank, which could take an additional week or two. We didn't mind the wait, but when we mark the item sold, or take it offline, and never received payment for it, we then lose money.

Important Note: If you have no checking account, would like to purchase a particular item from us, and are willing to make a prompt payment using our specific guide lines, then send us an email explaining your circumstances and we will consider you circumstances.

DREAMCASTERS HOURS & DELIVERY DAYS
Our regular working hours are 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday, and our regular posting days are Tuesday and Friday. All orders received after 3pm will be processed the next day. We do not work or post items on the weekends. So if you make your purchase on the weekend, then your order will be processed the following Monday, and shipped the next day, on the following Tuesday.

If buying a custom made items from us, you will be given an estimated finishing date, which will depend on the length of time to handcraft the item, and how many orders are before yours. All orders are on a first come, first serve, bases. There are no exceptions. So if you have a specific deadline when you will need your order by, then please allow at least 2-3 months prior to your deadline. We try to keep our customers informed of progress on custom made items. However, sometimes we get very busy, so if we do not get back to right always, then we hope you will forgive us. When your custom item has been finished, you will be give a potential shipping date. You will also be notified when your order has actually been shipped, so you know approximately when to expect your order.

Most of our handcrafted and custom made item are all posted via 1st class recorded [signed for] delivery, and usually take 2 postal days to get to you. So, please be certain someone will be available to sign for it. Please note, that should you not be available at home to accept and sign for your order, we will be happy to ship your item to your workplace, if it has been arranged with us before shipping. IMPORTANT MESSAGE TO OUR CUSTOMERS
Please note, that all the Handcrafted Magick Wands, Staff, Besoms, etc. for sale at our Dreamcasters eShop, are very real & very powerful magick altar tools, and should be taken seriously, and treated with the proper reverence. Dreamcasters Handcrafted Altar Tools are not toys, and should only be given to a child that has been properly schooled in the art of performing real magick. Having said that, we have had specific requests to make children's toy wands. So, if it is your intention to purchase a custom-made non-magickal toy wand/ staff/ besom for your child, then please be sure to let us know when you order.

THE COST OF CUSTOM MADE ITEMS
We have also had a number of customers asking if the custom made wands cost more than our Handcrafted Wands, Athames, Staffs, Besoms we have for sale on Dreamcasters. The answer is no. Whether you are purchasing one of our handcrafted wands, or ordering a custom made wand, the prices are based upon our price charts. Which vary according to the size, shape, carvings, embellishments, etc.

FOOTNOTE: ** Customers that have their Multi-orders cancelled for failing to make the Requested Immediate Payment within the Required 24 Hours time period, will be resticted from placing future order with Dreamcasters.

Please understand, that a lot of work, time, and effort go into processing an order. Quite often, thank you letters are typed up, purchase receipts are printed out, sold signs go up, items are packaged and ready to be shipped, etc. If a person then decides not to pay for their order, then we have not ony wasted our time, but also money, in processing an order, just to put it back on the shelf. This is why Dreamcasters requires immediate payments. We thank you all for your kind patience, understanding, and cooperation.
